So, what is Sony Ericsson up to these days? Well, it looks like they're revamping their logo--well, sort of. They're not creating a new logo, just adding new colors to their old, green one.
The new colors of Sony Ericsson logos include pink, blue, orange, and purple. Well, it's colorful and all but why would they change their logo when everybody's just fine with it? It's not like everybody associates their logo with something bad.
Anyways, I don't like their new colors that much. Still prefer the green one.

How to turn on Shake Control on the W595
Now this took me a while to figure out. I thought just pressing the Walkman button on the side would activate the Shake Control on this phone but no, unfortunately, it's not as simple as that.
To activate or turn on the Shake Control on the W595, you have to hold the Walkman button and then shake your phone. Flicking your wrist to the right or left will change the playlist, forward and backward would control the volume and shaking your phone nonstop would shuffle your playlist.
It's a fun application though I wouldn't really call it useful. I don't know if it's the accelerometer on my W595 but the phone is not that sensitive when trying to detect which way you shake your phone. Anyways, enjoy shaking your W595.

Sony Ericsson W595 Available Colors
Although the Sony Ericsson W595 is a Walkman phone, there's no doubt that it's also stylish, I have the white/red model and frankly it's quite a sleek device. Their are other colors to choose from like Jungle Gray, Lava Black, Ruby Black, Cosmopolitan White (the white/red version), Active Blue, Peachy Pink, and Sandy Gold. There's also a limited edition Sony Ericsson W595 Sakura from carphonewarehouse which is basically the cosmopolitan white version but with some drawings of Japanese Sakura flower.
